Chatsworth series was my first shoot with Orville Peck. I am a fan which I usually keep on the DL. Let’s be clear Orville has his own brand of Country and I love that. It was one of the great moments where I was able to shoot and move without constraint. He has a great awareness and contributes equally “in the moment” of each image. I was looking for the narrative pieces that connected the story since I was working on the set with Austin Peters who is one of my favorite directors. I think it’s fair to say we got full on Orville. Since then, we have “partnered”on two more shoots, standby.
